I saw these on Pinterest and knew I just had to make them! All the goodness of cheesecake inside a beautiful strawberry. Good luck trying to eat just one or two! They're absolutely heavenly!
1 Lb large strawberries 8 oz block cream cheese, softened 3 to 4 Tbs powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract graham cracker crumbs
Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out inside with a paring knife if necessary. If you want to stand your strawberries upright (like in the picture) slice a bit off the bottom. Once strawberries are prepped set aside.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer or by hand. Add cream cheese mix to piping bag and fill strawberries. Once strawberries are filled dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
You could also drizzle or dip strawberries in chocolate if desired.
LESLIE'S NOTES: If you do not have a piping bag, simply fill a Ziplock bag with the cream cheese mixture; snipping off one end. This is what I did to fill my berries. So easy!
